You’ll weave your way through creative transitions that lengthen, strengthen, and center you. Then move into Chill Yoga: a mix of gentle and restorative yoga and mindful meditation. Stretch, meditate and breathe deeply for extended periods supported by props that include bolsters and blankets, and by teachers who go the extra mile to make sure you leave feeling like you can deal with anything that comes your way. Fusing traditional vinyasa methodology with contemporary dynamic flow, this fluid practice links breath and movement, integrates inner and outer alignment, and balances strength with flexibility. Students will weave their way through creative transitions accompanied by rhythmic tunes. Open classes appeal to students of all levels, while the advanced classes allow students to explore deeper expressions of the postures. Basic classes appeal to new students or anyone who wants to refine their existing practice.

Open for all levels, Alignment Fundamentals takes a closer look at each students present condition and offers the education needed to know which cues and modifications are best for them, as opposed to what might be needed for someone else.
